Initial contact

Polybead insulation will contact the customer and arrange a mutualy convenient day and time to survey the property. The survey is free off charge and will take approx 25 minutes to complete to correctly assess the insulation requirements. You are under no obligation to have have the works done after the survey.

Booking in the work

Polybead insulation will contact the customer in most cases within a week of the survey and arrange a mutually convienient day and time to carry out the work. Polybead insulation take care of all paperwork for grants so you wont have to do anything.

Cavity wall insulation works

Modern blow-in methods ensure complete insulation coverage. Small, easily mended, holes are drilled into the interior of wall cavities to allow the nozzles to penetrate and the insulation to reach every nook and cranny. The whole process should take between 2-3 hours depending on the size of the property.

Loft insulation works

Insulation quilts are made in various thickness and widths to meet every insulation need. In a loft that has no insulation a 100mm layer is put in between the joists and then a second layer 150mm - 170mm is cross -layed over the joists giving a total thickness of 250mm-270mm. Cold water tank jackets are fitted and exposed pipes lagged where required.
